Branding Bootcamp 2024 was nothing short of a blockbuster! Over two power-packed days, doctors, dentists, and healthcare entrepreneurs gathered for a journey through branding, leadership, and practice management, all led by none other than Dr. Anisa Patel Shaikh . The energy, insights, and camaraderie were absolutely electric—making this event one to remember.
Day 1: Starting Strong with Strategy and Style
Day 1, Dr Anisa set the tone with infectious enthusiasm, featuring high-energy sessions on branding, creative strategies, and the importance of personality in marketing. We kicked off with practical, step-by-step guidance on building a personal brand. Each participant dove into their own branding roadmap, guided through tailored exercises, the Brand Workbook, and some fun (and occasionally, soul-searching) mastermind questions. The discussions were electric, sparking fresh ideas and bringing out even the quietest voices in the room. By the end, we’d witnessed an incredible transformation: shy participants shedding their inhibitions and embracing their unique brand identities.
Akash Akinwar inspired us with his session on the power of documentation and branding through photography. His storytelling showed us that capturing moments isn't just about photos—it’s about creating a legacy. His passion for wildlife photography was contagious, and his thoughts on work-life balance struck a chord with everyone in the room.
Shoeb Shaikh brought the house down with his witty, high-energy session on the Art of Communication and Offline Marketing. Between laughter and lightbulb moments, he reminded us of the importance of the art of effective communication to connect with patients.
Shoeb was on fire, and by the end of his talk, everyone was armed with new ideas and ready for more.
The day ended on a high, leaving everyone excited and eager for what Day 2 would bring.
Day 2: Learning from Legends and Launching New Innovations
We started Day 2 by diving into the world of practice management and leadership, learning from some of the true legends in the field in the form of a panel discussion.
Dr. Harshad Adhiya, who pioneered Practice Management in India, took us on a journey through the decades, sharing how he introduced the concept way back in the sixties. His insights on patient care, practice building, and innovation were pure gold, and it was a privilege to learn from someone with such a lasting legacy.
Dr. Aswatha Kumarswamy had us all fascinated with his multifaceted talents—dentist, musician, actor, and more! His approach to blending creativity with leadership inspired us all to think outside the box in our own practices. He emphasized that the best leaders aren’t just experts in their field; they bring their whole selves to work, creating connections that go beyond the chair.
Dr. Snehal Kohale brought a holistic perspective that resonated with every female entrepreneur in the room. Her insights on health, healing, and work-life balance were invaluable, reminding us that building a brand is about more than professional success; it’s about thriving in all aspects of life.
